The site shopping cart is not set up to add a weight for packaging material to each order. As a result of this, we have added a small amount to each item's Shipping cost in hopes of obtaining an accurate shipping cost. If there is an overcharge in excess of a dollar, we will refund either directly to your credit card account or by cash or company check with your package.
Please note that the USPS Flat Rate Boxes can only be used for 7 Inch 45 RPM orders as the Postal Service requires that the boxes retain their intended size and shape. They are too small to fit LPs and are not suitable for shipment of 78 RPM items. The boxes are thin and not corrugated and do not offer proper protection for 78's.
Please rest assured we will do our absolute best to treat each order with care and not overcharge on shipping, even though in some cases the shopping cart shipping costs may seem high to you.
